www.onlinetrafficformula.com enforces a strict no product discounting policy. www.onlinetrafficformula.com offers to the general public a product called the 'Online Traffic Formula Membership' which is sold at a minimum retail price point of $697.00 or $1697.00 US Dollars. Under no conditions will www.onlinetrafficformula.com tolerate price discounting of the 'Online Traffic Formula Membership' below the minimum retail price of $697.00 or $1697.00 US Dollars to entice potential sales. Any Affiliate caught in violation of this article will be terminated.

8. Affiliates.

Affiliates may voluntarily cancel this Agreement and their Affiliate Distributorship at any time by mailing written notice via Independent mail, return receipt requested, to the Company's corporate offices, the address of which shall be provided to said Affiliate solely for such purposes upon demand. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate an Affiliate at any time based upon illegal or unethical business practices of the Affiliate as so deemed solely by www.onlinetrafficformula.com.

There are no investments ever required to participate in www.onlinetrafficformula.com affiliate program. An optional hosting Fee of $14.97 per month which covers the cost of your self replicated websites, hosting, bandwidth and support (within reason). If purchased, the monthly hosting Fee is not refundable.

I understand that www.onlinetrafficformula.com Affiliates shall under no circumstances solicit, promote or market any other product, service or business opportunity, directly or indirectly to any other www.onlinetrafficformula.com Affiliates past their first level unless having a prior approval in writing from www.onlinetrafficformula.com.

I will not make false or misleading statements about www.onlinetrafficformula.com affiliates or the www.onlinetrafficformula.com Affiliate Services, Benefits, or Compensation Plans. Display of earnings statements and the making of income projections to prospective www.onlinetrafficformula.com Affiliates are strictly forbidden.

The Affiliate understands and agrees that, in order to receive an income under the www.onlinetrafficformula.com compensation plan, he/she must make retail sales (as outlined on the Company Website) upon which income is based. Affiliates are not qualified to; derive income until they have personally sold to the required number of individuals who purchase product.

I am of legal age to enter into binding agreements in the state or province or country in which I reside.

I agree that I am an independent contractor, responsible for determining my own business activities and not an agent, employee or legal representative of www.onlinetrafficformula.com. Permissible sales aids purchases shall be automatically modified to comply with the exemption requirements set forth in any particular laws regulating business opportunities.

9. Viable Program.

In order to maintain a viable Marketing Program and to comply with changes in federal state or local laws in various areas, www.onlinetrafficformula.com may from time to time modify, at it's sole discretion, any policy, procedure, practice, methodology in place at the time I executed this agreement. Therefore, this Agreement shall be deemed in effect upon its receipt and acceptance by www.onlinetrafficformula.com.
